Did you forget to use food? Stuffed Chysahl gives + 11~ perception (NQ). Not sure if 674 is enough, but 684 is enough for me.

I was with food already @ 674 using landtrap at the moment. Last week it was the same but i was getting exactly 470 rarity using the same rotation. I wonder what changed.

oddly, they stated this in the 3.05 patch notes:

[3.0] The effect of perception on improving collectability for Level 60 items as a miner or botanist has been increased.
* The above adjustments will take place after maintenance performed on Thursday, July 23, 2015.
