No, I am with Telus in Canada. I can log in on forums or the launcher with a VPN, just not with my regular internets IP.

I have the same issue i updated my video drivers and i get the same error msg

Telus has fixed it already. I assume TPG is doing the same. The login error afterwards is just because a ton of people are trying to log back in at once.
