    Had the same problem yesterday once I logged in, I was worried because I just changed internet provider yesterday too, and was wondering if it was my internet, now I see that it wasn't on my end.

    Maybe they are having a lot of congestion at that time so the servers kinda get clogged?

    It has nothing to do with SE. It's the path the data takes to get to the servers, unfortunately.
