Should I buy the Esoteric chest for NInja after the weapon?

If you want to stay on top of the accuracy needed for savage, the chest seems to be a good choise.

There are other things that make a way better choise than the chest though if you want to keep up with accuracy.
The chest would be a nice option for looks or if you don't do savage but other than that, no. D:
Not with the Savage top being that much superior.
