here's the thing.
Your damage come from miasma. Bio, Bio II, Ruin I/III, Your pet, Fester. Each doing a good portion of your damage
Enochian is meant to be up 100% of the time while dreadwyrm trance is up 15s per minutes.
BLm's damage come mostly from fire IV. Fire IV is spammable with a potency of 504 (not counting trait and 5% enochian bonus) you take fire IV away, guess what happen

So technically it's not the mechanic that is cumbersome - because for most part it seem a ton simpler than Trance. Your primary complaint is that way too much damage is loaded onto it.here's the thing.

My complain is enochian is a pain in the ass to keep up sometime because of mechanic and sometime because of RNG(im looking at you mana tick timer/random targeted aoes) You need 5.5 seconds of uninterupted cast time to refresh the dam thing. Each refresh giving you less and less time. If blizzard IV was instan cast, This wouldnt be a problem

is there any BLM out there able to keep up Enochian 95% of the time and High DPS (ie not dropping skills and using Enochian to the fullest) during waukkeon fight?
I normal have to resort to the 2.0 BLM rotation for speed and move ability
Isn't it instant cast on a 60 sec CD lasting 30 secs?My complain is enochian is a pain in the ass to keep up sometime because of mechanic and sometime because of RNG(im looking at you mana tick timer/random targeted aoes) You need 5.5 seconds of uninterupted cast time to refresh the dam thing. Edit: Ah ... you can extend it with Blizzard IV. I see.
I hit 60 two days ago and am actually really enjoying the challenge the new rotation offers. Is it harder due to mechanics? Yes it is, but therein lies the challenge. It feels so good when I get in a sticky situation and somehow manage to keep enochian up!
I'm by no means a master at it yet and lose enochian more times than I keep it, but I can see it working once I get the muscle memory and rotation down.
For now I've been concentrating more on the enochian part then the rotation as a whole and adding bits of the rotation in as I go.
I also changed my crossbar (ps4 player) quite a bit. Took a day to get used to that, but it really helped.
For now, I'm enjoying BLM more than I did in 2.0 to be honest.
