I've speculated on a "limited number of FL instances" but like anyone else, it's just speculation.

When it comes to queue times however, in my experience, high avg queue times are "false readings".

I'm part of a very active pvp LS, and people have made a practice of announcing when their queue pops so people can track how often they occur, but also to know if people from the LS are in the same FL.

And because of this, very often we find people who have been queued for 30+ minutes and still haven't gotten in while someone else has gotten in multiple times - seemingly ignoring the queue line that the 30+min individual has been sitting in.

We've come to the conclusion that there is a huge bug in FL duty finder where some players, for whatever reason, get stuck in black void/limbo where they're "in queue" but are never assigned to a match. Even though matches are going on. This inflates the avg wait time tremendously.

We've made the general policy that if you hit 30+min and don't get a pop, while others continue getting in, you need to quit and requeue cause the game forgot you existed.

Yep. phantom queues exist as well. Something needs to be done about those more than anything else.

I don't think that bug is specific to Frontlines. A week or so ago I was queued for one the hard mode trials and was in queue for over 40 minutes. I dropped out, re-queued a couple minutes later, and got in almost immediately. I really don't think the number of other people changed by that much during that couple of minutes between the ridiculously long queue and the nearly instant one. It looks more like a general Duty Finder bug.

Please start tracking people's rank. I really, really, really think this has something to do with rank matching. Which, if it is the case, they need to remove it immediately. I always have bad queues. I used to do Wolves' Den and then Frontlines. However, I stopped playing a lot around rank 30 or so while everyone leveled to 40, 45, and now 50. Consequently, I'm stuck between people who play a lot and are at (or near) max level and people who are beginners (under rank 20). My queue always pops, but the shortest queue I've had has been 22 minutes.
