I would guess an anti-virus is slowing down the loading process?

if you have a 60fps machine the problem is software.

Use RESMON.EXE, identify what is eating cpu or clogging up disk access.

Using RESMON.EXE gave no real clues to what is wrong

My last theory is that the machine was orginaly a windows 8.1 downgraded to windows 7 and that somehow have are giving me trouble.
So now I'm waitning for the windows 10 upgrade and see if that will solve things, after that I clueless again :P
