Crafting 2 star recipes in gear that just meets the requirements?

Would it be possible if all the mats are in HQ? The CP is very low too, only at 373.

I made 2 Adamntite Ingots and an Off Hand with 718 Craftsmanship 695 Control and 373 CP, these are with Food buff. I used all HQ except for the Purified Cokes and I used all HQ except for one Landborne Sand on the Off Hand. None of them got to 100% but The Ingots were 75% and 85% while the Off Hand was 89%.

I had fairly good RNG but lacked the CP to provide enough durability to get 11 IQ stacks.

This is exactly what I wanted to hear! Thanks. I bet it will be possible for me to hit 100% then since I will be having 418CP with the food buff.

At the very least it will give you more room for bad RNG. CP is king as usual. From what I've seen my numbers/rotation would not have been heavily affected by more craftsmanship or control beyond the minimum.

I was hoping for a scrip reset today but it looks like I'll have to wait til thursday to craft my first item. I managed to get a few more CP in, so now it's just a looong wait for the reset (spent too many favors on WVR mats but I changed my mind, gonna go with the tools instead). I can't wait to give it a try.

Put up a PF to see if anyone would like to trade your mats for theirs. Lots of people changed their minds after gathering mats.
