I can see Bismarck egi being a Caster instead of a Tank. The Primal Bismarck is really weak and can't really take a hit and prefer to use the weather to attack, but isn't afraid to headbutt a island.

Wind Blade -> Thunder strike
Shockwave -> Headbutt
Aerial Slash -> Down Pour
Contagion -> Contagion - _-
Aerial Blast -> Ocean Strike or whatever his LB was.
I was just thinking tank in terms of "carapace shell" but yeah it could go either way. It might even be easy for them to make it a caster if the other two are ramuh/garuda - have plenty of weather effects already designed haha.
