    Completely agree. I don't know if what the dev team said about "animation issues" is correct, but whatever causes this problem needs to be fixed.

    If the animations look weird or buggy, then they look weird or buggy until you fix them. But you cannot leave the game in the state where people can communicate over a voice client before the actions occur on screen.

    Again, I fail to see the connection as well between animations and the weird missing 4-6 seconds of Protect when cast. To reiterate, if I cast protect, I lose 4-6 seconds by the time the buff icon shows up. Again, I don't see where the tie in to the animation is.

    When the icon appears for you doesn't matter. The timer and what other players see is what matters.

    What "action RPG"? This game's chances of being an action RPG went by the wayside when they put archaic auto-attacks back instead of hitting a button and swinging a weapon (stamina bar sucked, but a spade's a spade). Star Ocean/Tales of games are action RPGs. Phantasy Star Online/Universe are action MMORPGs. This game's an odd traditional MMO/kinda sorta action RPG combo, or something.

    But going back to your original point, being able to more reliably avoid weapon skills would be nice. Looks like the server lag is being worked on, so I can hope that it will eventually be addressed.

    I am not saying about turn it into action=RPG, but I said that it should have similar frame rate to dodge those attack according to Matsu 's word. He says "Dow front line should be able to melee batraal just fine by dodging WS and not rely on healer" If he expect more players who aren't GLA to try dodging, then he should just improve the evade frame to let you see what you are dodging rather than current system that let you see the damage calculate before enemy even start moving.

    i seriously hope they fix this issue soon because it can help a lot with strategies if were able to pin point where we actually are versus the attacks coming at us.

    I have 8 crafts at 50. All I did was watch T.V. and spam standard for easy mode synths. Enjoy leveling those crafts in 1.19 and beyond everyone!
