anyone tried using the lvl 60 specialist skill for increased chance for good conditions? how much does it help? getting those blue scrips for 10 delineations is not worth mentioning compared to the effort it takes to get the mats for 2 star crafts.

Heart of the "Specialist" ability cost 45 CP and Whistle While You Work cost 36 So to recoup the CP cost you would have to convert at least 71 CP from Satisfaction / Tricks of the Trade. It's all about when you would want the good conditions. 250 blue scripts is pretty easy to make, it's all about Marron Glace, the mats for that are like dirt cheap

Gratz on gear Jade ^^. I used both methods and I really don't like maker's mark (love the drink thou). I see why it's good but I personally need a 100% guarantee progress rotation and also not a fan 9f maker's mark taking up 2 CC spaces. It's amazing for CZ and no dur lose but I see myself having to use more cp too. I'm a fan of names thou I didnt think they were good plus they don't eat 2 cc slots (except gsm)

For the guys using RS, how much are you getting with the bonus from being on a whistle stack that is /3? I'd test myself but still gearing up my gathering classes so red script farming is really slow for me right now.

I could never use Reclaim on these Red Script Materials / Gear, 90% in this game means a 50 / 50 chance. If I spend 2 & 1/2 hours gathering Favor Mats, trading in for the Crafter Red Scripts, crafting 2 - 4 Materials and then see "Synthesis Fails" and nothing... I'd start crying I'd rather take the NQ and give it to somebody

An NQ'd product is typically worth less than the materials used to procure it. Especially now, the stat difference is just obnoxiously wide (a whooping 30+20 stat different from a NQ offhand, that's more than five IV melds). Especially in the case of the mainhand where an NQ one is exactly the same stats as the previous HQ.

Thanx, I'm going for the LTW Gloves next, and maybe the Feet, but Seaborne Aethersand is a bit tough for me to collect on my own. I like my method, Since Maker's Mark is 1st and you use Comfort Zone ( 15 stacks of free Flawless > 10 Turns for Comfort Zone ) there is no reason to use a Tricks of the Trade on a Good, you only get back 6 CP that way. If you can consistently get 480 off Maker's Mark / Flawless Synthesis then it is worth it.

Whistle is garbage, but if you're dying to know, RS at 749 craft hits for 219. 3/6/9 Whistle bumps efficiency up to 300 from 250, so RS would hit for 263.

Has anyone tried using just Name of *elements* + Ingenuity 2 from start to finish? Because I'm testing it on the Chivalry Doublet of Healing and 3 brands gives me 1071 progress. I was wondering if 5 brands would finish the craft? 2 star craft I mean of course.

I have said this in a few thread now but have you tested IN vs IN2?

I have not had any reason to use IN2 up till this point and remember how IN2 used to function on 3/4 star crafts i'm wondering what the actually difference in progress is.

What does your method mean, the one posted in your op? Or are you talking about a new one?

I've used Heart of the Blacksmith 3 times, it seemed to me like it gave a Good immediately after using it, but then it just got random. 2 of them I got 1/7 goods, one I got 3/7. Might be worth it if you can spare 45cp and you're trying to force a good before BB.
