I'm amazed the queue for high level roulette was that short. It's usually around a half hour for me.Huh? o.O
I queued for both Leveling roulette and High level roulette as a MCH yesterday and my longest wait was 10 minutes.
If you want to "just go in and out" and not do full clears, then you should be using Party Finder. Duty Finder is designed specifically to help other players, not your personal "do what I want" queue. The bonus XP and rewards we get is incentive to help others out.
Tell you what... I'd agree with letting you queue as a party if they took away the bonuses. After all, you're avoiding the entire reason the bonuses were added.
I tab out and catch up on news. Takes like 15m tops most of the time.
Even as a healer I can go 5-10m.
I would love to help my dps buds with their roulette queues (I play healers almost exclusively) but I do understand the concern on SE's part. Maybe allow duo if one of the party members is a "needed" class/job?

How dare you want to play with your friends AND have the most efficient time/exp ratio! /sarcasm
I will accept this idea only if it allows a party of 2 to queue, no more than that. Why? Let's face it, if you're doing leveling roulette you really only need 1 person to help you...the person who will make the queue faster if you're a DPS (and there's a 50% chance that you are a DPS due to class numbers).
I do DR leveling on my BLM usual in my lunchbreak which is definitely off-time and get in 80% of all cases a less than 5 minutes.
And the reason to not queue in party make sense to me... I mean you could "bait" or "leave out" certain contents if you queue with really low levels. I really like that it takes atleast 3 contents and puts me in wherever I may fill the team.

Want to join the Eorzean Derp? Use recruitment code M482YUK on Mogstation for a free Friendship Circlet which gives bonus XP up to level 25 ^^
Right? The number of things in this game that force you out of party are kind of silly. I just want to be able to play with my husband.
Okay. Party of 2.I will accept this idea only if it allows a party of 2 to queue, no more than that. Why? Let's face it, if you're doing leveling roulette you really only need 1 person to help you...the person who will make the queue faster if you're a DPS (and there's a 50% chance that you are a DPS due to class numbers).

Party of two would be fine for me.
I play with a friend who has a tendency to get turned around in dungeons and get lost, and as such said friend never signs up for solo roulettes - and as we can't go into lower roulettes together, that friend practically never visits old dungeons. If we could go together? Hey, would you look at that. That's immediately two more people running old dungeons!

This is actually a reason my friends wont bother playing this game. They want to do dungeons with me, but to get that bonus exp they need to do it with stupid silly random people.
But well this is kinda like a single player game more than a play with friends game so it makes sense.
Honestly though, why can't we play with our friends?
"because people without friends will cry"
They should make friends online and play with them :c
