    /ac "Steady Hand" <me> <wait.2>
    /ac "Innovation" <me> <wait.2>
    /ac "Great Strides" <me> <wait.2>

    /ac "Ingenuity II" <me> <wait.2>
    /ac "Byregot's Blessing" <me> <wait.3>

B.Brow is only as good or better than B.Blessing if IQ is showing 6 or lower. If your IQ is showing 7 or higher, you want to B.Blessing. This assumes you have the choice of the two.

Also, that order is somewhat skewed.

    Steady Hand.
Check Condition : Excellent = Byregot's; else continue
    Great Strides.
    Check condition : Good/Excellent = Byregot's, else continue
    Innovation.
    Check condition : Good/Excellent = Byregot's. else continue
Fishing move : can be Observe, Ingenuity 1/2 whatever move you want that does not eat Durability.
    Byregot's.

Great Strides doubles Byregot's. Excellent quadruples it, so is the only thing that trumps Great Strides. Normal/Innovation is less Quality than Good/no-Innovation, thus the inclusion of Good to the mix when checking Condition.

If you want to skip the condition checks, in order to macro it, go ahead. But that's the best order for doing the Byregot's Finisher.
