I admit that I don't know much about MCH at all but if this guy can get this on Oppressor with all the jumps. I'm pretty sure you guys can manage higher on a dummy fight like Faust.

MCH can Hypercharge Rook for 5% more physical damage which is only up for 10s every 120s?

The buff lasts 10 seconds every time the turret hits during the 15 seconds hypercharge lasts. Technically, the buff is up for 24 seconds unless you delay the first attack somehow.

That sounds... dubious at best. Granted, we don't have a MCH in our group and I don't play one myself, but I highly doubt that.

MCH has the highest opener. You should look into it.

We were keeping about 5800 average raid DPS on Faust and got him down as he enraged and killed the MT in one hit, and I learned that Living Dead does nothing against his enrage hits right after that hahaha.

Actually, if you proc the Living Dead before the boss hits the tank, you get a full ten seconds of time where enraged Faust can't kill the tank. That's how we got our first kill on it.

Faust is kind of a bad fight for MCN since the second round of Wild Fire does not line up with the kill time (13% Enrage Burst Phase)

You are essentially sitting on your CD's after the initial burst until that 16% mark where you start your wind up for the final kill shot.

Because of that MCN is kind of low on Faust but not terribly bad and more than enough to finish it off due to the insane burst you get when you need it.

I will state this for the record, I am right now an ilvl182 mch with the 180 gun. I sustain 920-940 dps, peak with my big opener for 1900, and in one of my luckiest attempts to meet the numbers was floating between 960 and 1010. This is without food, and without potions. It is more than doable if your going for Alex Savage, as I would assume you'd already be in near-full alex normal gear with the 190 gun.

It's easy to spike 1k+. I'm talking your average parsed DPS after 3 minutes. No MCH is sustaining a consistent 900-1k not with the RNG involved between wildfire.

And faust is a 2:30 timer so why are you concerned about their sustain when this person is literally asking if MCH is capable of meeting the faust check

BLM + BV Foe can do better opener than MCH if You get 1 crit F4 atleast, if You don't, MCH opener is the highest I have ever seen.
