The OP is being pretentious here that never in the history of the game before things have been put up on the MB first.
That's been happening for the entire history of the game and nobody shed a single tear about it but now that the new crafting
system doesn't quit peoples simplicity desires they suddenly QQ about it.

The prices for these things WILL drop because if you're diligent with collecting and have decent luck you'll have enough materials for your
own 9 crafting scrips without using all 45 favors so about 10-15 favors worth of items are probably going to hit the market per person that
decides to try and make money with it. And people will unlikely pay too much for them if they've got at least a little bit of brain left in their
skull since they'll know the required quantities for one item.

I only needed 4 out of 5 favors to get enough material for 1 crafting scrip turn in so I'll have 9 favors over if this keeps up. I also have 4 Bitter Foxgloves and 2 Violet Roundstones that I don't intend to use myself so they'll likely hit the market as well. And after a bit of work I got an Aurum Regis Ingot HQ sitting in my inventory off of 5 NQ Raziqcoat and I'm one step closer to my Boltmasters Needle for this week.

I used 2 BTN Favours Coerthas Western Highlands for 10 Foxgloves and 3 Bitter Foxgloves and 2 MIN Favors for 9 Violet Ooids and 2 Violet Roundstones (which somebody was willing to trade for 2 more Violet Ooids instead) - so.. maybe people need to stop complaining and start doing instead? All I can say is that I was rather diligent with my flight paths/collection speeds while having a favor active.

I'm aware you are going out of the way to bluff yourself out of this, ignoring the facts. But the fact is you claimed to have used 4 out of 5 favors, when in reality you had bought 10 favors, not 5.

I have bought 10 yes but that should be unsurprising because thats a technicality, however I still had 6 Favors over after getting my first ingot.
I have no reason to prove anything to you but since you love me so much I will oblige.



- I can only have bought 10 Favors because I still have 50 scrips in my bank and 300 to get for the week.
- Introducing le Aurum Regis Ingot HQ by Kanri Kaenan, in jewelery stores near you this summer. :^)
- I used my remaining 3 BTN Favors to get 1 additional Bitter Foxglove and 10 more regular Foxgloves (2,5,3 - didn't get quite so lucky this time around)
- I used 1 more MIN favor, unfortunately only to get 1 more Ooid, but I'm not worked up over it since I've had pretty decent luck prior (and the Sea of Clouds gathering points suck position-wise.)

Makes total: 8/10 favors - 20 Foxgloves, 4 Bitter Foxgloves, 11 Ooids, 2 Roundstones > 37 Items = 4.625 items per favor.

What majority are screaming is exactly what you are proving, top 1% is circulating thing between them. Causals are left with shoveling the shit to feed you mats or if we decide to hog it to ourselfs we are still so far behind in crafting that we must be stupid on genetic level to buy into the shit SE has created.

To be fair here, it does matter. Omnicrafting aside, it does not change the fact that with 100 scrips he was able to gather enough mats for an ingot and a half. This allows him to sell mats AND craft them at the same time. Anyone can gather that many materials. These nodes do not require gp, melds, HQ gear or anything that has anything to do with gil. All they require is 15 minutes of non-stop streamlined flight paths and quick interaction with nodes. Yes you can get 1 item from a favour, but they give you 5 and you can also get upwards of 5. If you want to gear up, get the gear and stop complaining about the alternate-expensive route.

Just because someone planned out on a spreadsheet it will take you x amount of time to do things with red scrips, does not make it true. You can get a piece of gear weekly, and use 1 token on these materials. Every few weeks you craft a piece as well. By then, some T5 material may be out. Or you can go all in and just start crafting and hope you can HQ without upgrading your gear (this is the only benefit of omnicrafting and having gil atm). What advantage do these people get though? They get better gear...to do recipes they have no materials for and nobody needs...except other rich crafters.

Thank you - and actually if the average of 4-5 items per favour holds up it'll actually be possible for me to get 2 items in this week (planning on Boltmaster's Needle and Boltmaster's Dreadnought [because frankly that thing looks sexy as all hell.]) - can keep you posted on my progress if you care.

The point is mute, how can you people do not understand it, the red scrips were said to give casual crafters the equivalent of artisan gear for turnins for 60 lvl crafting. The system would work if specializations where mostly independent crafts and you could have casual approach to one craft. But alas it is NOT that way. Specializations are a joke, so interdependant on expensive materials, that there nothing casual there. Basicly SE has LIED to us, all for the HYPE so you buy into the expansian. I could bet 1 years worth subscribtion that if they announced this shit before the HW went on preorder, RIOTING would be so real as we could have real tools (i.e. not buying expansion) to protest all the BS they are pulling, they would LOOSE so much money that some fireing would be in order.

P.S. Time and time again big game companies proove it, they lie through straight face without a single blinking, all for making the hype and amassing sales number.
