I think it's funny how evolved from Yoshi-P saying that they -might- have Kirin fly, to Kirin will fly, to all the Primal mounts will fly.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, the only things I've seen that have been confirmed being allowed to fly in interviews with devs are the Bomb Palanquin, two-seater chocobos, and the Ahriman mount.

I'm being honest here. If you can link an interview with a dev where they say they're going to for sure have other mounts fly, I honestly want to know.

They have to add animations, and likely modify the models with wings, and/or add a bunch of sparkly/wavey/fiery/goldey effect trails. Since they can't do this with any speed to SMN Egi's, I expect a long long wait.

I think the problem with things like this is EVERYONE wants their favorite mount to fly, be in reasonable or not. One such idea I've seen circling the forums is flying WAR bear mount. That's so dumb to even think about but the fact is, people don't like change. We all have our favorite mounts and unfortunately, not all of them will fly. I'm surprised someone hasn't asked for the Fenrir or Turtle mount to fly cause it's so expensive to get with MGP, they should keep them relevant even in flying zones. :s

I really want my ADS mount to fly, especially in Azys La! It goes perfect there but unfortunately it's grounded.

You obviously haven't been paying full attention... There's So many people asking for turtles & Fenrir to fly. I wish I was joking. On Reddit they even showed the animation they wanted (in a semi-joking way). XD
