Okay so, since it is in my best interest to get more mats out there, here is how it works.

Each favour gives you a 15 minute buff that will only work in the area it was for. You get 5 uses for this buff for your 50 gatherer scrips.

Stand next to a pair of lvl 60 nodes. Use your favour for the buff. Deplete a node, you will not spawn anything unless it is completely used up. When it vanishes, there is a chance to spawn a concealed node. If it spawns gather from it just like a normal node. You must use it up, so grab clusters once you obtain your scrip material. Once it is gone gather from the next node and it may spawn another concealed node. Keep gathering from nodes for 15 minutes.

Edit: Previously I assumed it was only a single pair that could spawn a node, this has been proven false and confirmed. It is pure RNG again.... On average I still get 3 items for each favour.
