Exactly. When I'm healing, I'm watching health bars anyways and statuses are easy to see. I Esuna right away.As someone who plays white mage a lot, I can safely say that I do not need the help and the sound is annoying. Look, I'm staring at the party's HP and statuses. It's my job when I'm that class. I notice. Like Brianmj, I'm less inclined to bother with those annoying things.
Why would a bard spend more than a global to wardens a warrior's berserk? A global for them is way worse than a global for the healers.
As healer I'm fine seeing a macro but keep it 1 line and remove sound effects or people will get annoyed. Otherwise it's pretty informative really.
5s of a WAR's DPS is infinitely more important than 3s of a BRD's. If you don't use Paean you should feel bad.

I quite like the macros if done right, 3-5 seconds notice with a single <se.#>
Btw warriors 5 seconds is really good if you have a Scholar with Selene out, if they have her set to Obey she has a delay.
If I have the time i'll cleanse it, if I don't tough luck it wasn't a priority at the time. If you put the macro so that it pops as Weakness comes into effect, tough luck, I wont cleanse it even if i'm free, it only lasts a five seconds and your not getting the maximum benefit of me cleansing it late, go learn to write better macros.
I prefer the macro, I can pre-cast Leeches or set Selene off in advance that way I cleanse as it comes up, if you wait for the icon you may have to wait for your gcd to come back or if you have a gcd it still takes a second to remove, also by that point you can't use Selene as she will pop Fey Caress as Weakness drops anyway..

all macros annoys me, the only one I seen needed are the LB one, like don't move the boss I will LB ._.

No. It's not the fact that it's one GCD, but rather the upkeep and flow of our role being disrupted on something that's incredibly simple for any healer to take care of. Your self entitlement is borderline nauseating.
