I call them Ecoterrorist tomes, because why not? :P

Been this way since 1.0
We thought we got rid of fatigue, but it still haunts us in other ways.
At least fatigue had some sort of lore sense behind it.
You don't need a reason to help someone~
Well considering:
- Player housing being available and not part of the FC system
- Open world content
- open world primals
- fun
- dealing with rmt
- quality control for each of their patches
- the fact that it is a month past the 3.0 release and half the stuff is still broken
- everything they did to brd
- their comments about how they want the players to enjoy the theme park
- adding three new jobs, however MCH is just a slightly odd remake of brd
- almost everything Yoshi ever said please look forward to it
- and whatever other things i forgot
- and dont forget the way things are described, the expectations/desires we have for them and then the utter crap SE delivers...
makes it so when SE actually does something like they said, yea it is shocking.
Player housing being available and not part of the FC system
The only valid complaint in this list.
Open world content
[Citation needed]
open world primals
People already cry about S ranks.
fun
Wait, this is an opinion? why is this here?
dealing with rmt
I haven't had a gold seller spam in over two weeks
quality control for each of their patches
Opinion. Why is this here exactly?
the fact that it is a month past the 3.0 release and half the stuff is still broken
[CITATION NEEDED]
everything they did to brd
Opinion? Why is this here?
their comments about how they want the players to enjoy the theme park
Where did SE say they'd do this? Why is this even here?
adding three new jobs, however MCH is just a slightly odd remake of brd
SE said BRD and MCH would be very similar.
almost everything Yoshi ever said please look forward to it
"I can't think of anything else"
and whatever other things i forgot
"I can't think of anything else"
and dont forget the way things are described, the expectations/desires we have for them and then the utter crap SE delivers...
Oh look, another opinion! You really like these don't you?
The only thing shocking here is the fact you're trying to parallel your own gripes with the game to things SE didn't actually say.

Deviant1, sorry to play the "White Knight". I assure you that I don't think SE, or anybody/anything else, is infallible and immune to criticism.
Said that, I've got the idea that either you are simply trolling or nothing SE could ever do (or not do) would please you. If you think this game is "utter crap", what are you doing here?
FF14 is not "utter crap", it's the best game in the MMO field, currently. Don't compare it to impossible gaming masterpieces which exist (maybe) only in your mind.
Even I can picture in my mind an enormously better FF14 game. Small problem: though I am a software developer, would not be able to code it. And if I were able to code it, would not be able to get the money to do it. Etc. etc.
P.S.
I don't like everything in FF14, nor could it be possible. I'm rather picky myself. But when I read hyperbolic negative posts such as yours, I have to defend the game. It that's "white knighting", so be it. :P

From the DPS I've seen in BEX, they need all the extra stats they can get, because if they dont know a e cent rotation by now, they'll need i300 to pass.

I have been in Ramuh EX with people in solid i120 gear who still failed the DPS check. Some people are just beyond help.

1) Player housing is available and not part of the FC system. You can own a personal house. The fact you have to compete with FCs for slots is inconsequential.
2) Open world content... this is extremely vague. You mean OWPvP? Because that was never promised or intended. As for PvE, we have hunts and FATEs.
3) Open world primals was a thing? Because it really makes no sense. Hydalyaen would be dead with all the aether drawn.
4) Fun is subjective. What you consider unfun, others consider fun. The only objective metric to gauge the "fun" of the game is by the number of players... and that metric is telling us that the game is quite enjoyable.
5) They ban thousands of RMT accounts every week/two weeks.
6) Their quality control is excellent. They have far less bugs than any other MMO out there per patch, and they usually fix them within a week or less when they happen.
7) Please list this "half the stuff" that is broken. This is hyperbole in the extreme.
8) There's nothing objectively wrong with BRD. They added the option to trade AA and add a 1.5s charge time for 30% damage boost and some powerful skills. Unless you were a hyperactive bunny that ran around for no reason, nothing about BRD changed.
9) Huh? It's a theme park MMO, not sandbox...
10) Yup, just like DRG is an odd remake of MNK, SCH is an odd remake of WHM, and SMN is an odd remake of BLM. Seriously, this is again just horrible hyperbole. All jobs within the same category are going to have similarities.
The rest of your list is just ridiculous vitriol and, unsurprisingly, more hyperbole. Just quit please if you're so dissatisfied.
