Changed name since Screenshot Contest, what do?

I did the same thing on the EU aura Twitter contest. I asked a GM in game, they said try here or Twitter. I tried both and got no response. I made a back up character with my previous name so the entries are still tied to the account, but even that may not be enough (if the prize only goes to that character then it's wasted).

Technically it's the same character still though. :P
