SE then loose that money for 3 months. However with the current cap people are more inclined to sub for longer to get the gear, they are then subbing for the entire patch, and when the new content comes they are still subbed.

Well all I can say is, see you in three months when 3.1 happens. The current cap doesn't entice me to keep paying SE $15 a month. It really is sad.

They could have at least given Jobs a weekly cap at 450. Cause you have to be 60 to even get them and wear the gear.

Why not? If you have really good luck, you can be maxed out in Alex Savage gear in 3 weeks. But 3 months is ok.....

IF you can CONSISTENTLY farm it, AND are super lucky, yes 3 weeks.
But to be able to CONSISTENTLY farm it, you will need the gear from Alex, Ravana and most will even need some Eso gear.

I really doubt we will see characters fully clad in Alex (S) gear before we see them in full Eso gear. At least not outside of "world's first" statics.

Is that really a problem though? It's still 3 months until the 24 man and 6 months until a new savage raid. That's 6 months to gear up, including what will likely be a catch-up gearing system in the 24 man. I don't think the pacing is that bad, all things considered.
