i100 and i110 gear no longer special

There's more pvp gear that's "special" now, and I'm sure there will be more with each patch.
Just like there's pve gear that just got outdated and super easy to get, and pve gear that's "special" now.
It's the same for everyone.


As for those asking for free FCOB gear, well FCOB unsyned is so easy it's practically free it's just a matter of going there.
Likewise everyone else who still didn't have the "old" pvp gear will still need to farm pvp points in order to buy it.

The "old pvp\pve" gear is equally accessible for both sides now and you have "new" gear that has taken the spotlight.
That's the gear cycle, deal with it vºv

Seriously dude? Do you even play PvP? The sheer amount of seals you get on the way to rank 45 easily nets you like... 4 or 5 full sets, if not more.

You can easily get seals for a set in a week. Getting the actual rank 45 can take up to months of hard grind, depending on queue times.

And now,thanks to SE's brilliant decision, rank 0-45 has NOTHING to show for it, not even stepping stone rewards, since literally anyone can get into pvp for one week, grind the required seals for an awsome animal set, then never go back to it again.

Only ppl happy with the change is ppl that dont give 2 shits about pvp. Wich I can only assume its your case.

You suggested increasing the EXP from 0 to 40. Remember? I'm pretty sure you didn't mean to increase it by something like 10%, but a lot more (or it would've been completly pointless, and you know it).
So, yeah, by the time you get to actually have all the Marks, you would probably be rank 40 with that big increase in EXP.

But, by the way, if you just increase the EXP from 0 to 40 with no other intencive to go queue for dozen of minutes or hours, it won't change anything. Nobody will join and PvP will stay dead.

And yes, I left PvP a while ago because of said queue times and because SE was not taking action fast enough. I requested this a while back, got strong support and even a SE post to say "we're looking into it"... We got that 5 f***ing months later.
I couldn't be arsed to take that bs anymore. So far for the PvP gear. Most of it was ugly anyway so whatever.


Anyway, you're crying now, but you have to admit that keeping old glamour gear behind these queue times is silly and has to change.
Besides, let's see how many people actually wanted that gear "for free" (putting that in quotes because that's what you seem to think).

In case anyone's confused, the rank i100/i110 gear still lists the PVP rank restriction on it in WD pier, but the info comes from patch notes:

[2.0] The PvP rank requirement for item level 100 and 110 PvP gear has been removed.

Cause they couldn't even get that right.

And the SMN Book doesn't look like the picture, very plan instead. I could always glamour the i110 one over it, but now that the rank requirement is gone along with the price drop, anyone could easily have that in a day. People will spend a week farming PVP for the glamours we worked a year for and take off.

An i110 PVP weapon is 8,250 WM's. That's NOTHING. They couldn't even let us keep that after everything we worked for? SE is just rewarding people who don't do PVP for doing it a week and leaving again.

It could've been made easier to get with lowered exp requirements for 1 to 45, im ok with that. But handing out gear for no work? I'm sorry but anyone that likes this idea can go f**k themselves.

Yeah that would have been better, but not in keeping with SE's theme of giving us the middle finger over and over. If I really said how I felt about this right now without holding back I'd get myself permabanned from this forum. Though I'm not sure I really care anymore. I don't even know that I care to have anything to do with any of this anymore I'm so disgusted with it.
