In short terms, you don't want new players to get interested in PvP, and you don't want faster queues to get your rank 50 gear.

You didnt read any of the previous posts, thats evident. I want faster queue times, but I do NOT want pvp rank removal. Increasing pvp xp earned prior to rank 40 would have the same effect without shitting on veteran PvPers like myself. Rank 50 gear looks bad.
