The requirements to obtain all items get eased over time, not just PvP stuff. You can't expect things to be rare or difficult to obtain forever.

Let other people enjoy their new glamors. From a stat perspective the 100/110 stuff have become obsolete, so you can now use them early while grinding towards the 180 stuff.

We see this in raiding too, the frontrunners who get things cleared first and enjoy their special status of having gear few other people have, then they get sour when difficulty is eased and more people get the stuff.
