Cerberus has a few houses available in Lavender beds, only small though, and 2 in mist last i checked, not sure about the Thanalan area, but it's pretty bad right now.

Haven't seen any plots on Coerl for less than around 12 mil. Feels bad.

There's several purchased, yet empty plots in Excalibur. It's ridiculous.

and FYI: People selling plots (Or technically, selling to relinquish the plot, so that the person can purchase the plot) does not equal to housings being available, are you mad? Which by the way, that in itself is bullcrap.

Of course it's not mad to you (those claiming that housing are "available"), because you have a house, and they don't, so how dare they claim they can't buy the house, because they just weren't lucky enough to buy the empty plots and you could.

This really, really needs to be fixed, and adding new wards is but a temporary band aid solution. Something needs to be done about the houses/plots that's been abandoned.

There were a few here and there on Mateus for roughly 2mil, but I decided to hold off, my dream is a house in Ishgard. I'm willing to hold off and wait until that opens up.

Wish they'd actually clear some of these out and take them from people. I miss having neighbors in Mist on Behemoth. As of late, the adjacent two FCs are dead, and the members that own them moved into other free companies and just leave an alternative character in charge of each, logging in maybe once a week, if that.

They initially planned that if the FC does not use the house/plot, they will lose the plot/house and it will be up for purchase once more.

Of course so many people bitched against it and SE changed their mind.

That's unfortunate. I know maybe 7-8 FC houses that are dead in my ward, and I believe 3 in the personal housing district of a few wards in Mist. I haven't been to the Goblet or LB, but I find it a little ridiculous people spend the money and then just up and abandon the plots. I know one house in Mist has been abandoned for a good year since I moved into my spot. Hopefully they reconsider in the future.
