Refund option on Tombstone items back to the Merchant you bought it off

I know it sucks, I've been there as well.. SMN book currently sitting in retainer rotting. New tomes gear with Alex drops will be tricky too. I don't tend to plan much ahead. So now this will add more to it. I had some slips with buying poet gear, then getting dread gear. It sucks, but just think in a few weeks, they will have new stuff for us to replace things too.

WAs not being defensive, and sorry you perceived it as being rude. Just tired of seeing all these forums threads asking for changes because they saw it in another game, or another game does something differently. Everyone has been in your shoes, it happens with the way SE gears us. Just be thankful it was only tomes, and not seals as well.

It's the way you came across and yes I understand this feature is in another game, I just merely making a feedback suggestion as it would be a nice little feature to have, as yeah Law maybe not as Talia pointed out but maybe the weekly capped tomestone we are about to get, if you screw up there isn't a fallback at the moment other than the fact you throw the piece of equipment away and lost out on those tomestone.

I was merely suggesting it not demanding it.

Agreed they will have new stuff to replace it but I am trying to gear up Machinist as fast as humanly possible so I can get the dps/support spot in my Static group instead as Main Tank.

Yes mistakes where made and I lost out Tomestones that's on me which I do understand it is easily made back but I was also just using that as an example as I know Law flows like a river, was just looking into the future, as my example made me think of the idea.

While I agree that for the case the OP mentioned, getting refund might be a bit excessive, I also think that certain time limit, be it from minutes to an hour, wouldn't be out of place, even if just for "was meaning to get caster gear, got accidentally healer instead" kind of situations.
