My point is that "Get STR or your bad" is silly because all tanks have STR. Tanks can get more STR just like they can get more VIT. They are both primary stats. Look at party composition to figure out which one you want to lean towards. It is a highly situational decision.
I don't agree, its all up to play style. When I form statics or need new members, I always ask about the persons play style, how do they play that class and not what someone told them. After that, I ask if they play that class because they are good at it, or if they play that class because they like to play it. At the end of the ride night, its always better for people to play at there optimal play style that they enjoy and that they are playing on a job that they like to play on; and its about team work.My point is that "Get STR or your bad" is silly because all tanks have STR. Tanks can get more STR just like they can get more VIT. They are both primary stats. Look at party composition to figure out which one you want to lean towards. It is a highly situational decision.
This is also true in PF and DF. Most people these days forget that in PF and DF you are not use to each other or the other persons play styles, and don't stick around long enough to learn that. Yeah, there is a point where you will know if its a lost effort to keep going, but you should never make that call until you have a feel for the party's play styles.
