Well in the latest Live Letter they said they were currently trying to figure out whether to release each Egi glamour as they are completed (one at a time) or in one big bulk. The one at a time option suggests they intend to release them with in a future patch, rather than the next expansion. But we shall have to see.

I also welcome the return of the Carbuncles, however I would rather use Egi's over them any day!
