    loool i know its sounds OP but if u think of it they will get 80 mp if they r 8 lancers in party if 5 they will get 50 mp if 2 they will get 20 mp its not OP and when faceing ogre if the 2 lanecrs who r in TP controler role lose there control on TP and the ogre used his aoe super attack things going to miss up the tankers will lose control or die in a single hit, there is no aoe curing for lancers with so it will be gameover for them but with the new skilles i added there is tons of ways of surviving this situation thats what i mean by stratgy every 1 should focus in there role even if they r same class

    think of it like the talent system in wow you have 3 talents for each class, each talent have its defrent way of play and role in party

    its not going to be easy fight with ogre but hard & challenging and i think if the dev team make a system that alow 8 players with same class finish rank 50 raid thats a good system coz when u mix the 6 u will get infinit stratgis of how 2 kill the ogre

    when i go back home i will add the mard and pugi new moves

    The problem with this analogy is that in WoW you can't actually spec fully into each tree. Even though the warrior is a tank/damage hybrid, it can't actually do both properly at once but instead has to pick one build and go with that.

    In FFXIV class builds are limited by the number of action points they have available for equipping abilities, however, this isn't much of a limitation at all and every lancer has a very similar ability palette. Thus if a full party of one class is able to clear dungeons, either the dungeons are very easy or the class is capable of performing any role at any time and is massively overpowered.

    I'm not going to rip into your ideas too much (I'd think about them more but your typing style is sloppy and it makes reading your post unpleasant regardless of the quality of your ideas) but one that stood out was your suggestion for Comrade in Arms that seems completely broken. CiA II especially will give players a pretty much perpetual state of 1k+ TP, allowing an endless stream of back to back TP attacks.
