The ability is fine as is. Its better than holmgang (only procs WHEN you would die, after wards it lasts 10 seconds. Both of these are stronger than holmgang. The con is the increased cd and need to top off which actually isnt that hard anymore now that everyone understands how it works).

Hallowed has the longest cd of any ability in the game for a reason, and is probably one of the few things that still will allow paladins to be relevent in this new magic damage world which is ignoring their shields and two of their abilities. You know--the paladins whom do the least damage, laughable aoe, laughable threat of any of the tanks with the promised trade off they will be the most 'defensive focused'.

Magic damage world?

Its only the first wing of Alex what makes your think everything is going to be magic damage? Not to mention aside from A4 what is has only or mostly magic damage?
