Correct, as a noun superior refers to someone over you. To use it in a sentence: "Who is your superior?"
Your would be referring to that superior person to whom you belong. If Jenlyns were trying to say you are his superior you would still use you're instead of your in that sentence. "You're my superior... in every way." I.E. "You are my superior."
