Will we ever be able to remove our shoes?

I never understood why some devs force those horrible shoes to be used.
In real life i see girls in bikinis + bare foot. In many games i see bikinis + high heels which looks stupid, same like wearing socks with sandals

I doubt a girl in bikini would walk through a forest bare foot instead with sandals.
And there are also sandals without socks (socks are part of the pants)

I kind of want to take my shoes off. That includes the magical heels I wear underneath shoes. Not being able to remove them since spawning probably takes its toll on the warrior of light.

Will we ever be able to truly be barefoot? I'm sure this question has been asked already, but not recently apparently.

I fully support this, I have characters in other games that never wear shoes, well never have them showing, and I'd love for my poor little kitty to be able to do the same here, purrrrlease

We already float above ground in a lot of places. WoD for instance. So why cant we float above ground without shoes too.
id love it if different shoes changed our height a little bit

I was actually just thinking of making this same thread! LOL Bare feet are more of an aesthetic thing to me honestly (But isn't pretty much every piece of gear in this game?)

Not like I'd be running around barefoot all the time...probably mostly for SS's, pajama wear and beach parties. And I guess I understand the 3D modeling thing...I promise I wouldn't complain if it was added and we had to float an inch off the ground.....but......considering there was an all out war because of grass textures.... I know how the forum community can get ._.

It's a request. It's not complaining. I'll never raise pitchforks if this isn't added, it's just something that would be nice. Get off your high horse.


EDIT - Some guy whining about quiting the game and disassociating with the franchise because there's no PS4 achievements, that's complaining.

It'd definitely be nice. It came back to my attention recently too because of some story cutscenes that included NPCs with bare feet. I realize that the sandals are meant to take the place of boots so that the character model's skeleton is always the right shape, but at the same time it does bug me that I can never actually be barefoot... ever.

It's definitely not a minor thing to ask for, but I think it's still worth asking for.
