Fix the Broken Aetheryte in Hinterlands. Teleport for Hinterlands.

They mentioned that originally Idyllshire was a part of the Hinterlands instead of being a separate zone. A late stage split to limit crowding seems to have caused problems with moving around Idyllshire and the Hinterlands. Hopefully they will add shard teleports and teleports to the exit in the future. There was also mention of being able to fly inside Idyllshire itself.

Anyroad, I'm sure it will be changed to make going into and out of Idyllshire. It was mentioned in the LL that they will be doing this in the near future and even allow mounts to be accessible in the shire.
