Thats not how combat works though, if one single party member is engaged in battle and you are in the same area you are incombat, no matter what.
If that wouldn't be the case Healers that don't dps would have an insane amout of Mana reg because they are not in combat.

1. That's not how it works
2. You just lost 440+360 potency by not using EF and HF on 3 targets to be able to use a 320 potency hit once or twice, meaning the whole idea is stupid
Considering we start fights without 15% aspd and 27% dmg I don't see how we would ever be strong.
