+30% damage on top of my Ninja's damage just by adding a less-than-GCD cast time to my abilities? Heck yes! I don't move all over the place; I park myself until something makes me move. And when I move I lose all of my DPS unless I have DoTs up.
So getting +30% more damage to do what I'm already doing? Sign me the frick up!
Only if your willing to take a 40+% overall DPS baseline loss of which to place/build that 30% on.+30% damage on top of my Ninja's damage just by adding a less-than-GCD cast time to my abilities? Otherwise your comparison would be more akin to WM on bard being 60+% and 30% on ninja. The WM 30% on bard is to bring it closer to your current DPS output potential, not in addition to it (it being your current ninja DPS potential). WM on bard is basically to partially offset your already high DPS output on things like ninja class and others. I doubt looks so appealing if you have to suffer a potential overall slight DPS loss to bring inline closer to the bard output while bard uses WM.

You''ll lose auto attacks and time to use mudras in between weaponskills.+30% damage on top of my Ninja's damage just by adding a less-than-GCD cast time to my abilities? Heck yes! since you seem to be so adamant about wanting your mobility then, then let me tell you something...
you cant always have everything you want! if square made changes based on what people wanted and not what made the game as a whole balanced, classes would be killing bosses in 3 hits, i don't even want to imagine what the state of summoner would be if people like akiza had all they wanted.
SE has to balance what people want with what they want else no-one would play this game. It is not about having everything they want, it is about keeping what they already had for a very long time prior to 3.0. Your argument is bad, it would be like SE making monk the lowest of the DPS output classes and then when you complain turn around and use your excuse...'you can't always have what you want' which in this case is monk being one of the highest DPS output classes in the game vs single targets currently.since you seem to be so adamant about wanting your mobility then, then let me tell you something...
