Gold/Silver Chocobo Feathers?

Well, I know that I've at least recruited one person, and I'm pretty sure that at least 3 of my codes were used, but I have yet to get any gold chocobo feathers as the only mog-mail that I got was from one of them hitting 30 days sustained subscription. What makes this even more confusing is that I didn't even generate friend codes prior to this recruit-a-friend event, so it seems highly unlikely that this was someone who was recruited prior to it.

Does this mean they haven't released the Gold Chocobo Feathers yet? If not, does anyone have an actual date more precise than July 2015, and if they have, then does anyone know what I should do so I could actually get the feathers.
