    No it should be on all of your characters. Check your received mail again to make sure that you didn't accidently miss it, then delete them as you can only have 20 letters from SE in your mailbox at the same time. If you didn't miss it then that might be what is keeping it from being sent out.

    Thank you! I guess I overlooked that one item. It was in my received mail. Thanks for letting me know about deleting the SE mail. A appreciate the response.
