Anyone that still plays on dated hardware not supported by the manufacturer even, needs laughed off the server.
Disappointed by the answer, but at least it's finally an answer. I may have settled into my Au Ra nicely, but it won't stop me from wanting more options like scale highlights and different face/horn options. And really not just for Au Ra, I'm for more customization for all the races, which maybe one day we'll see if/when PS3 support is dropped.

I wish they didn't do the whole "Core system" deal, because no one seems to have an idea what that actually means. At least with "PS3 limitations", we at least know that one day they won't have that excuse any more >.>Disappointed by the answer, but at least it's finally an answer. This was talked about before, in regards to the UI specifically, ( maybe at fan fest?) but it applies to all aspects of the game. Everything visual is alotted a specific amount of resources, and no more. Sadly, this has to based on what the weakest operating system can handle. It's why we don't have TP bars in 2.0 and why the new Afro hairstyle is being tweaked to lower the polygon count.
Hm.. Well, I suppose that makes sense to a degree, there's some issues I've got with that claim but w/e. I'd really kill for SE to let us peek into that whole process though, I mean we're getting TP bars (I think?) in the party list in 3.1, so I'd be really curious on how they managed to do that now. Either way, I can't wait for them to drop PS3 support >.>This was talked about before, in regards to the UI specifically, ( maybe at fan fest?) but it applies to all aspects of the game. I agree with this completely, although I am not an Au Ra in game (obviously by my profile picture), I found this frustrating when I was playing around with the customization for a male Au Ra.
It not not being due to ps3 limitation and due to core of the programming system they're using is kinda concerning.
I'm sure they'll be able to do alot without the ps3, but it seems like something else will also limit what they can do
