    All they need to do is make Dissipation useful. I don't care if they increase the CD to 300s, just give it a role to play that isn't "least-helpful-yet-most-inconvenient emergency button in the game."

    i don't think it can even be counted as an emergency button cause if you use it you would just be putting yourself in an even bigger emergency...
