    Well apparently Amazon codes are Lame ducks. They seem to work until you actually want to tie it to your account :/ Should have just waited for it to become available again on PSN I guess, as at the time it was unavailable.

    Yeah, i talked to amazon too, in regards to this. Amazon can't do anything as the codes they sell to us are sent through a vendor From Square. But, from what I've been able to gather via looking around, Amazon stuff for Heavensward is just broken at the moment. So, unfortunately it's either Sony or Square that know how to, fix this, and right now they're just not 100% sure of how to fix it from what i've been able to kind of roster together. (I have no life right now, so i have a ton of free time to sit on hold with all these different support services. least it's something somewhat constructive).
