So anyone else think it would be cool to add a lore log and books and papers throughout the world and the original and new dungeons to unlock information about the story going on and the back story of the previous era's?
Just a thought =D

Would be great and I believe it's been requested for a while, Library as well. (which has been fulfilled to a small extent but definitely not enough to be a lore codex) Time is a major constraint however.
I'd also settle for the inn room not being garbage and missing practically every sidequest cutscene and a huge chunk of others. One thing I think would be great is if the Gubal Library were made into a safe zone you could explore and read tons of lore in at your leisure. Though I've also wanted something similar for Stone Vigil ever since we reclaimed it in the HM version of that dungeon. For the library at least, you could possibly tie that into the attempted restoration initiated by the goblins.
I really just wish we had a codex to save the things you read in dungeons. It's very impractical to read them as you're running them.
Since stopping to read things in dungeons tends to annoy DF groups, I normally just click though them so that the text ends up in my "event" log and then go back and read it after the exit. Not perfect, but the least frustrating solution I've found. I do love that at least we are starting to get more lore in dungeons etc. A codex would be great, but I believe that Koji said it is not feasible atm.
You could just wait till you clear the dungeon, return to the start and go through at your own pace reading things?![]()
I would love to have a library made full of lore you have unlocked/read along the way even some about mobs when you kill a number of them. I would wait years for such a thing if koji said he will be working on it on and off on spare times.
