Yeah, and then when you play a dragoon and monk both to perfection, the dragoon will do less DPS and thus dragoon will not be invited to good raid groups, and then they will need to be buffed again. All things considered, the most important thing to SE is that all classes have the same utility when played to perfection, thats more important than making one class easier than the other, and I agree with them. Well, theyve never said it but it seems to be their attitude when they repeatedly say things like "players should learn the class, then we will see if they need buffed" (in reference to mch, etc).
