No Prompt To tie to Service account PS4

Having the exact same problem- Been on a good streak so I bought digital Heavensward through Amazon. It's not in my services list either... trying the delete ALL THE THINGS and reinstalling. Pray to the gods! I am 44 and could be 50 by now if this nightmare hadn't happen.

Please keep the updates rolling. I'll let you know if I can get anything working for me.

Your welcome araziel20 I was hoping to have this problem resolved by now. But PSN support gave me as many helps as they could. I am at the point where i may need to consider reformatting the PS4. (not gonna do that till it's a last resort) But, none the less, I am at the mercy of Square support at this time, and am waiting on an email responce. Hoping i will not get some automated response. So, after the initial email, if the results are goo di will post it here to put up the FIX for this problem for anyone else who may have encountered it or does encounter it in the future.

Have the same issue as well. I upgraded to PS4 from PS3 during the free upgrade campaign. What is weird is the my PS3 has Heavensward under the service list, but on PS4 ARR is only listed. Unfortunately Sony and Square were not able to offer much assistance. I am also in the process of re-installing.

I upgraded it but it was eons ago. I did the reinstall and the recover licenses thingy, didn't work.

OKay, Sony gave me another option that has worked for some people. Did not work for me, but maybe someone here will have some better luck.

Press and hold the playstation button on your PS4 Dualshock controller. Then go to power options and SHUT OFF the PS4. Wait for all the lights on your PS4 to turn off, and then push down and hold the power button on the Playstation console. (at this point just put your controller down you don't need it) Hold the power button on your Playstation till it beeps a second time. This will put your PS4 into Safe mode

Once it's in safe mode, using the USB charge cable, plug in your PS4 Controller, and Press the playstation button on the controller. After this a list of options will appear.

I believe it's option 5, Rebuild Database. It's essentially a defrag for the PS4 Run it. There is no harm you won't lose any Data. I've heard from Sony, that this works for some issues like this one, but apparently Sony support has not actually been informed of any issue's involving the Problems surrounding Heavensward on it's Console. (I heard this directly from the Sony support guys) But they've been most helpful in giving me as many options and solutions as possible. But, sadly none of them have worked.

No, i swapped from the PC to the PS4, but based on the fact that this is effecting people who have swapped from one ver. of the game to another before their initial upgrade to Heavensward, i would not find it unbelievable to find that it's the swapping over from one ver. to another that is causing the problem in some way.

Originally had PC version, didn't play for over a year and came back to PS4 version. Never upgraded from PS3.

Trying the rebuild database thing, will let you all know if anything good happens. If nothing from me in an hour or less, assume it didn't work XD /crosses fingers

Well after a couple back and forths, I've learned that it's a problem with where I got my digital code- Amazon. They say I will have to wait until the problem is solved :/ Oh well, I guess this gives me time to level other classes for cross class skills at the very least. And get just to 50 at least XD
