Fending vs. Slaying accessories at this point in the game

As a healer, aka the one that is in actual charge of your healthbars, I prefer full vit tanks, any extra buffer can be converted in healer dps which is actually quite significant, unlike the meager bonus dps from using slaying accessories. Specially if you are in a pug.

With DPS spikes, that full VIT tank will have to worry of losing aggro. The loss of 1k or 2k hp for equipping a few slaying accessories isn't really game-breaking to the point that healers will spend more time healing than helping to kill things faster. That padding is just there for content that really needs it, aka tank-busters.

Aggro issues can come if you want to use GB and RA on your rotation while WAR OT goes ham with full STR spec, but if you use oldschool 1-2-3 then there is never any issues but you really want to use RoH now just for STR debuff.
