No Tomestone of Law upgrade items in Alexander story?

Like the title says, I'm a bit confused at why there is no Raw Doman Urushi / Doman Urushi / Doman Whetstone in Alexander story version.

I really don't find hunts that bad and upgraded all my gear but I know so many people don't enjoy them at all.

I'm expecting Alexander Savage to drop upgrade items for Esoterics gear, but will hunts be the only way to get Law upgrade items?

Something like a chest that has 10% chance of spawning at the end which contains an upgrade material for each floor would help a lot. Like Floor 1 = chest gives Raw Doman Urushi, Floor 2 = chance of either Raw Doman Urushi or Doman Urushi, Floor 3 = chest that gives Doman Urushi and Floor 4 = chest that gives Doman Whetstone. Having it outside of the lockout but with 10% chance to drop wouldn't make it very easy to upgrade this way, but would make people who hate hunts a little happy.

You can already make 800 seals a week if you do your dailies and weekly. That's plenty if you do a few hunts here and there.

You get drops for better gear in Alexander with lockouts after you win something. Why would you want to get worse gear and lose your ability to roll on the better gear?

Assuming he wants it to be an additional reward similar to how the shielding works.

I could see them adding in the weapon/armor upgrades to the chests but not the accessories. 1 item to pick from the floor this week, I can upgrade my 170 necklace to 180 or get a new 190, hmmmmm.

Or put them in outside the lockout, to keep people coming back after they won their lot.

We are still at the start of Heavensward. Right now the upgrades of ilvl170 gear to ilvl180 are still important. With Alexander normal you can start to get tokens for ilvl190 gear so ilvl180 is a bit less important as it was last week. When tomestones of esoterics allow to buy better gear (even with a weekly cap) it will lose even more importance.

I don't like hunts but don't worry too much, I do the dailies and maybe when full ilvl170 and 180 I might hunt a bit to get some more upgrades, but really I am more interested in trying Alexander.

We are in a provisional situation until the esoterics tomes come, things will change a lot.
