I think it make sense that (in reality) when you shoot an arrow you need to focus, not running like a cockroach.

So here you kinda shoot harder when you stand still, and do less damage when you run.

Instead of whining about losing mobility, I think SE should've done this long time ago.

Yes standing still to shoot a bow is a competition/tourney thing, not a combat style. Being a bow hunter irl as well as a competitive archer, I can vouch for this.
Adding a cast time to the shots when in WM is just ridiculous. That's simply not the way real archers works lol.
