一応迅雷維持可能な場面なら絶対闘気3は貯められます
逆に迅雷維持不可能の場面なら旋風脚離脱で闘気5まではいけます、復帰後の初手参の型にしたい場合は闘気5まで行けない可能性はありますが
演武ばかりで闘気を貯める余裕のないというのはありえないと思います。
