OK, So.... How's Parry Doing?

I don't really remember what % I was parrying at but I'm pretty sure it was above 20% per.
So Raw Intuition isn't as good as it would have been for folks with significant amounts of Strength.

DRK gets a CD reset from it, but the parry stat is no match for carrying more strength there.

And just in general, given that every other stat was reduced in effectiveness by the level-cap increase, I can only assume the parry rate was hit as well.

Its 20% flat.

And the secondary stat is worst now then ever before. Since they took STR/DEX off parry and block, they should have had parry scale with rate and potency.
