I've noticed it as well. Server time should be GMT -8, but it's sitting at GMT +1. I've also noticed an increased amount in lag as well.

Yeah yoshida said the new EU servers would be happening on HW release.

I just thought that meant that the EU servers were getting put in a new EU data center... that doesn't make sense to still call them NA servers and host them in EU.

BUT you don't take an already existing servers and put them on a server all the way across the Atlantic.

I sure hope this is a mistake because the rage of people because fc housing and the like.

ah lol sorry I mis understood. I think ST was always ment to be the same time as GMT time so they props fixed it now?

I would think they'd make an announcement ahead of time if so, but it still wouldn't make any sense to convert random NA servers to EU when there's already an entire data center designated as EU. My thought is they'll probably end up just relocating chaos data center instead. And I think it's supposed to happen closer to 3.1 as well.

Seriously if Excalibur server was changed to EU that would explain the random lag spikes that never happened before!!!!
