To clarify, the combination of alex normal gear and crafted pentamelded gear to fill in drops that you haven't gotten from Alex normal or to replace Alex normal gear that has less than desirable secondary stats for entry use Into Alex savage. And these gears will be used until they are replaced with the Alex savage/upgraded esoteric gear

This will both allow for a market for the crafted gear for raiders while making it not as powerful as the previous incarnations.
